• We take immense pride in freshly preparing our delectable sweets with utmost care and attention to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any form of returns.

• In case of any issues or concerns regarding your order such as wrong product delivered or issue with any product, please reach out to our customer support team on +91 8369306642 or write to us at higurnaalishq@gmail.com within 2 working days of receiving your package, and we will be more than happy to assist you to the best of our abilities.
 

DELIVERY AREAS AND TIMELINES:


• We offer delivery services in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions.

• For order delivery other than the mentioned regions, please reach out to us on +91 8369306642 or write to us on higurnaalishq@gmail.com 
• T
imelines: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day, while orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within T+2 days* 
Example: Order placed on 1 April before 2 PM will be delivered on 2 April.
               Order placed on 1 April after 2 PM will be delivered on 3 April.
*This may vary depending on unavoidable circumstances such as rains etc.
• For bulk orders, an advance intimation of 7-15 days will be required.
