Cancellation before shipment:

• In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment:

• Due to the perishability nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled and refunds/returns cannot be issued post 2 hours of placing an order.

DELIVERY AREAS AND TIMELINES:

• We offer retail delivery services in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions.

• Timelines: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day, while orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within T+2 days* 
  Example:
  • Order placed on 1 April before 2 PM will be delivered on 2 April.
  • Order placed on 1 April after 2 PM will be delivered on 3 April.
